So I realized today, that I have created a monster... Eli has developed a movement habit. He loves to move, so I decided to put him in the bouncy seat and use my foot to bounce him. I did this until he fell asleep... needless to say, once I stopped, he woke up and started crying....so looks like I need to come up with some other way to keep him moving.
